Palace of Chance Casino - Payment of 100$ is taking over a month

I made a 100$ withdrawal on the 4th of June as I got a promotional offer for free spins on Popiñata and managed to clear the wagering. The withdrawal was approved on the 23rd of June (taking 20 days there..), and sent for processing(?). It's now the 14th of July, and the money is still not in my Neteller, even though well over a month has passed. I enquired about the cashout from the live support, who proceeded to claim that I was not entitled to it as per their TC's, even though it had already been approved. Upon me, the customer, clarifying the TC's to the support agent the situation got resolved, and the agent told me that he'd contact the payment processor to have the money sent out to me. This occured on tuesday this week. The picture I got after talking with this CS agent was that had I just simply told "Oh okay, I cant cash out", the I would have never seen the money while still being perfectly entitled to it as per their TC's. AFAIK I still feel like I might never see it. Now, numeorus other establishments are perfectly capable of paying out cashouts to eWallets within a week, some even within hours. Yet with Palace of Chance this takes weeks, maybe months who knows, as they are unable to provide concise information regarding this. This complaint will naturally be resolved upon me actually receiving the money.
