On Jun 16 I deposited with a match bonus and met the play through requirements. Sent in verification documents on Jun 16 and received confirmation they were approved. Submitted withdrawal for $668.75 via UPayCard on June 16. Withdrawal is still showing as processing. I've emailed support but no response. Live chat agents do not answer chat. Support's US Phone number does not work. It's been over a month and WinBig21 casino still has not paid out my winnings!
