Silver Oak Casino - Deposit not credited to account

On Saturday 15th July I deposited $50 dollars to my Silver Oak account from my debit card which is still not showing on my account as of Monday 17th July. I have been in contact with the casino twice via their chat line and three times via e-mail, each time I get the following response:- "Your transaction has been pre-authorized, that means your card has not been charged because the transaction was unsuccessful and will not be charged on your card. It basically means it was declined. In this case, we kindly ask you to please try again" I have confirmed to them twice that the money has been taken from my bank account but keep getting the same response. Below is my latest message to them, I have not yet received any response. "Please refer to my earlier e-mail and see details below 17 Jul 2017 Visa purchase XPRESS E-WALLET Podgorica ME 49.990000 USD at 1.29307 £38.66 My card HAS been charged and the money was taken from my account this morning. As previously requested please either refund the money or credit my Silver Oak account with immediate effect. Thank you"
