I started playing on Karamba on May 14. I deposited several times with no bonuses ever. I won a small amount of money and then requested a payout on May 17. Upon their request, I submitted all of my identification documents and so on. They made me resend those 2 times over the course of one week than accepted them. Cash out request was originally made to my credit card since that is what they asked me to do. They contacted me 10 days later to let me know that cash out to credit cards were unavailable in Canada,and that I had to make a new cash out request for a wire transfer, so I did. I gave them all the necessary information and waited 5 days like they told me. I contacted them again and they told me that it was actually 10 days. So I waited 2 weeks more only to receive an email saying that the payment didnt work because of the details I had given and that the money had been returned to my account. I made a new cashout request on June 25th, even providing a void check this time to make sure everything would work out. I contacted them 3 different times to make sure all the details were accurate and that I would get my money, they assured me each time that I would get it if just waited 5 days. 3 weeks later, I still don't have anything. I contacted them again and they told me that to cash out request was made in my account. Please help!
