Dr Vegas Casino - Slow on withdrawals

I didn't really want to make a complaint at such an early stage, but having read other complaints on here I am already becoming worried about receiving my winnings from this casino. I joined last week and have deposited several times, during this I got a bit lucky and although depositing a fair bit of cash managed to gain some winnings and in total I'm owed £2638 from drvegas. Having played at plenty of other online casinos I know withdrawal times can be varied, I had also joined another casino a day or so after and I'm already receiving my winnings into my bank account from them. So I was looking at my withdrawal history on drvegas and saw that some had already been approved, I spoke on chat to a gentleman 2 days ago who told me I would receive some payments in the following 2 days, as of yet I have received no payments. Unfortunately I didn't screenshot the chat as I've never had issues like this with other online casinos. Becoming more worried today I decided to go on the chat again, I spoke with Ana who said I needed to give them my varivication code and asked me if I had received it, I haven't received anything through the post. When making withdrawals it does state that if there are any issues they will contact you by phone or email, I have received no emails or phone calls. I asked if they had actually sent me the varivication code as I had been on this site to see if there were others with similar issues, she said it had been sent and would contact the payments team to let me know when they had actually sent it, after starting a new chat with Ana she said I should receive it by the end of the week and if I don't then I should contact them again. I feel this is not really great practice from drvegas, I'm sure they deal with 1000s of customers but this is a lot of money to me and they are happy enough to take the deposits from your bank account quick enough. I felt I had to come on here really to make a complaint as the other stories I read worried me a lot, I hope this is going to be resolved quickly by drvegas but I really would appreciate some help with this matter.
