In early April (it is now mid July) I got my paper work approved and the cash out approved. I used online support and have had it prioritized 4-5 times and latest is early August a full 4 months later. they have said next week 5-6 times and altho support is very nice they can't really help. I'm complaining as I'm almost certain my 800 will never be paid
