I have had 2 wire transfers significantly delayed with the assurance that they would expedite my claim. Of course payments have been coming in drips and drabs.
I have the following payments:
$1600 approved on April 24th which is 64 business days
$1760 approved on May 3rd which is 57 business days
I believe this is totally unacceptable considering the fact that we as players are strictly held to the terms and conditions of the casino. It should be the same standards for them as well.
I would like assistance in receiving my funds please.
