After meeting their terms/conditions and play-through requirements I submitted a withdrawal request for $1300 on June 9, 2017. Every time I was able to contact them via chat line I was told that I would receive a Upay credit in 1-2 days. I chatted numerous times and also sent 10+ emails but they have yet to pay. Now they won't respond to my chat requests, their phone is never available and my email are unanswered.
