I have won approx 6,000 over many wins, in may and June,. the first being 1,211 in may. It was verified in early june. Everytime I contact them, I am told yes it's verified, we are really busy, you'll get your money. Today was the same story, but I was told they haven't even cut the cheque yet and to speak with finance. Everyone has told me you can't contact finance.
Story is always the same, and it has been escalated 3x, to no avail.
I have snapshots of many of the conversations, so I have proof of what was said. Please help.
