I would like to raise a complaint about this casino Crazy Luck, I played a multi stage promotion and deposited to get the second stage promotion. I won quite big on the second stage and met wagering requirements. I then withdrawal on the 25th June, 2017. I was told 8-10 days for the money to be in my account.
I have been on live chat a lot with no reply or they just ignore me or leave the chat as soon as I've asked them whats happening with my account?
I have sent my documents in the day after i requested withdrawal.
They have never gave me a real reason why it's taking so long for withdrawal.
It's been 4 weeks and no casino should take that long to process a withdrawal.
I have asked and asked for help on the matte with no reply.
I have sent emails upon emails
It's a withdrawal of £532 and it still says processing on the history bit at the cashier.
I really just want to receive my money i did win it fair and square.
Please any help much appreciated.
