Sent in my verifications docs 23rd July (same day as cash out)
they have not acknowledged in live chat or via emails, live chat after
waiting 20 mins 5 times is the same response. " we do not see finance dep. emails" They cannot even confirm if received or not.
Even when chat does finally reply they take 3-8 minutes for 1 response. They start by asking username then take many minutes to ask another question, each query takes over 30 mins to be told they cannot help and to wait for finance department which have been silent for 1 week.
The chat operators are very arguementive and never give a straight answer. They answer in a very generic manner as if they do not know what is happening
