Attempted to withdraw money from my account. Everytime i join chat with a service rep I am given the same "I have been escalated" and it can take a while and we do not know how long it will take. The service agents are lovely and nice however I do not believe I will recieve my money from them and they are delaying me.

27th of June. $2000 USD
"As the withdrawal department is off today. I will talk to them tomorrow about rushing the payment so you can receive it as soon as possible" is the latest message I have received from the Casino.
I genuinely think this casinos interface is wonderful and would play again however I do not understand what is taking them so long to send my money.
