unfortunately I have a very very bad experience with mrringo lately. I have been a long-time user (because of their nice bonuses) of their casino for a few months. deposited about 20 times there.
My first withdrawal (and only successful) took about 4 weeks to go through.
That was quite terrible but I assumed that it would be quicker the second time due to the documents being already provided. However, my second withdrawal about a month ago never went through.
The support was shockingly bad, meaning I did not receive any response.
There is no support chat available for me and I never received any response to my 6 mails that I send througout that month.
I still could use my account Schwammesepp until today. I tried to login again and it does not even find my account in the password retrieval. And of course they did not send me any mail regarding this.
This is just insanely bad and I hope this casino will shut it's doors soon.
My withdrawal request was something between 300€ and 400€-
Could you please investigate further here?
Is this sort of treatment by MrRingo known?
