I first tried to withdraw on 28th of June, the withdrawal wasn't processed because of a technical error. I contacted the customer service and was told that it will be fixed shortly. I have since contacted them a few times to ask them about the issue and the answer is always that they are trying to fix it. It doesn't sound plausible to me that an online casino can be operating without the ability to withdraw for over a month.
They have neither sent any emails about their issues to their customers and depositing still works so others will face the same problem when trying to withdraw.
The amount I've been trying to withdraw is 600€
