In what appears to be the normal way of operating at Grand Reef I am once again spending time to chase a payment that is well in excess of their advertised times for payments.
The time line of this withdrawal (so far!):
12 July 2017 - Withdrawal request made
19 July 2017 - Deposit confirmation form received
22 July 2017 - Completed deposit confirmation form returned to Grand Reef and confirmed as received by Grand Reef
29 July 2017 - My first followup email to Grand Reef requesting information on when the withdrawal would be paid. (12 working days since the original request)
29 July 2017 - Response received stating that the issue would be escalated to Finance team and Management
1 August 2017 - My second followup email requesting the date when this payment would be made. (to date no reply).
3 August 2017 - My third followup email. (15 working days since the original request). Standard response received stating that request had been escalated.
5 August 2017 - email received that payment had been processed. (17 working days since the original request)
Still no money received at working day 18 and despite multiple requests via email no indication of when payment will be received. And this is for the grand total of only $500 NZD. I have another pending request for over $4k (only on it's 2nd working day of waiting) - I'm dreading to think how long that one will take!
I have had to chase multiple times in the past to get withdrawals from this casino. My overall advice is to expect these to take between 1 and 2 months.
