I had winnings and a withdrawl of 669.00 that were approved on 7/13/17. I am still waiting for my payout. Customer service cannot give me any details. Can you please help me get paid? I checked the T&C and it states 15 days for payout after the withdrawl is approved. I cannot get any type of commitment from customer service. They just keep telling me to be patient.
