Hi. All of my documents were verified as of June 1st. It was verified that I am supposed to get an amount of $1452.00 in 10-20 buisness days. I called a few weeks ago and it was expidited to financial and they say it's supposed to take 8-10 buisness days. Well they expedited again last Thursday and when I call they don't see that it's being sent and they don't know why. It's been very frustrating, I haven't played any casino since and own a home and pay bills and I am sort of counting on that money now. I don't know what else to do. I can not find the original email where thay said that all docs were approved, my email automatically erased old ones but they have told me multiple times over the phone that they are. I really hope you guys can help. We are on hard times and this check would really help. Thank you so much.
