First of all, i cant holding my anger right now, but i want to let it everyone to know how difficult to withdrawal money from Royal Vegas Casino,
since 3 weeks ago when i won $1600 i tried to withdraw my money after long time play at their casino almost 2 years i believe, i have spend alot of money with their casino, and deposit with my credit card. But since 3 weeks ago when i try to withdrawal i can sense of what non sense they try to play game with me, form document has not completed yes i agree that, and then i send through more to make it completed as what they asked for, after waiting and waiting 3 day each document send to them. i have to asked again and again till their customer service make it as urgent, then the time is up i have to wait another 4-6 hours, then after then i have to wait again another more hours. if i did not follow up it would be take more time. However, today i have chat with customer service again and finally they said my document has been approved, and the document has been sent to finance department, i fell relief cause after this time my effort of waiting is coming.
But, unfortunately i got email back to me there is difficulties of sending the money to my bank. dont have the reason why. And they send my money back to my account at my member account at their casino. Im really regret this, i hope they take this action seriously!
This email they send to me below:
"Our attempt to process your requested withdrawal to your preferred method of payment was unsuccessful.

· That a successful deposit has been made with the preferred method in the past 6 months.

LOOK i never have withdrawal before, so u have all my money. now i want little win from you what is the big deal. i have provided what u asked for, and all history of my bank account u already know as i have sent my bank statement.
