BoVegas Casino - Playing 'Games' With Withdrawals

Since there is no regulatory body that oversees most online casinos, it is up to us, the players, to keep these casinos accountable. I've threatened to start reviews of Bovegas via e-mails and chats because of their withdraw process, but held off because I was constantly told again and again that my withdraw was being handled that day or the next day. I am now mad at myself for not having a publicly posted this message weeks ago. Now before I even explain my problem. You can research and see that I am not the only person dealing with these exact problems and money games that are being played here. And after I explain my problem, the casino will respond by saying "according to Paragraph 8.2.3. of our T&C, casino reserves the right to send the winnings in installments. Player class influences installment amount as well as time frames of processing a withdrawal request. Player class is mainly determined by depositing/gaming activity of the player." So essentially the casino decides what level of player you are and adjusts any requested withdraw into an amount they deem fit and they can break that into installments and also pay you via any means they want. If you ever win at this casino, expect extremely long waits and partial payments. Now on to my complaint. I am a cash player. I hate bonuses because of the hurdles and play throughs and max cash outs, the terms and conditions/headaches involved. So I don't play the bonuses, I put cash in just like you would at any brick and mortar casino. I have been a top level VIP at multiple online casinos, so I'm not new when it comes to dealing with a withdraw delays and the excuses and technical issues I've been told in the past. But Bovegas is the weirdest of them all. On 7/25/17 (today is 8/11/17) I requested a $2,000 (the maximum) withdraw via bank wire. according to their rules, you have to wait 7-10 business days, which is one of the longest periods I've seen. On 8/4/17, my withdraw was declined and then the casino reissued a withdraw request, reducing the amount to $1,000 and e-mailed me that it will be paid via credit card refunds of $500 to 2 different cards. Of course during this whole timeline, I have been checking in with their online chat and also e-mailing the finance department checking in with them. The online reps kept telling me my withdraw is scheduled to process the next day, day after day. The finance department told me that the refunds could take an additional 7-10 more days(who knows if these are business days.) I would like to have this issue settled but it looks like an uphill battle. It has been 18 days since I requested the withdraw.
