In mid-June, I made 2 separate withdrawals for $100 each. These withdrawals were the result of using no-deposit coupons with a $100 max cash out amount after making deposits. I requested Bitcoin withdrawals on each of them. The casino cancelled these 2 withdrawals and changed it to one single check withdrawal in the amount of $200.
Finally on August 4th, the casino approved this withdrawal but they only approved $115 and removed the other $85. I have chatted with the agents multiple times and they aren't able to tell me;
1. Why the casino switched this to a check withdrawal instead of Bitcoin.
2. Why they removed $85 and are only giving me $115 instead of the correct amount which is $200.
