Hi I played a bonus with Ruby Slots, met the plathrough requirements and cashed out the maximum $100 this was on the 29th June on the 14th July my payment was verified and confirmed. I have presented all requirements to effect this payment, but still getting the runaround. Im pushed onto finance and then live chat who last week admitted my payment was delayed and would fast track it. I requested a mail after my chat as proof and was not sent one. i sent a mail to support detailing my conversation and now been told there is no record of a fast track. This a $100 and I dont know what the problem is. No one answers me and it is running into the second month now.
