I put in for two withdrawals via check back in July, and they were both approved for $634 and $572 on July 28. Since then, I have heard nothing from them when I left several phone messages (they did not answer, just a recording asking me to leave a message and they would return my call.) I finally got a hold of someone named Benedict from the VIP department via online chat
who could not tell me when my check would be sent via Fed Ex, and gave me very vague answers. He did, however, agree that my monies were approved and I should get them at some point in the future...
Could you please help expedite my payments? I also have a third withdrawal for just over $900 that was approved on 8/10, and I am worried I will not be seeing this check for a while. I am trying to get school supplies, as my daughter starts school in two weeks, and I was told when I first won the monies that the "turn around time" at this Casino was approximately 2 to 3 weeks once all documents were received--all documents are on file.
