It has been over two months since I requested my payout of $350. It was approved finally on July 20, 2017 and since been waiting for payment. I use Bitcoin and told them to send payment via Bitcoin. I have spoke with customer service weekly since approval and am told just to be patient. This is not a way to run a business. It is no good to play if you have to fight for your winnings every time. When dealing with this casino, I have never been paid without repeated phone calls, chat, etc. trying to get my money. I do not like filing complaints but feel this is the only option I have left.
