Raging Bull Casino - Withdrawal keeps getting declined after documents verifies

Hi I have tried withdrawing my $5000 on about 10 occasions and was then told I needed to verify my documents. I then sent all of the required documents and then a few weeks later I got an email from Stefy in the documents team saying my account is now verified after I sent ALL of the required documents. I have emailed my documents to three separate email addresses that live chat have asked me to do so and not one person ever replied until recently and that was Stefy. I have since made two withdrawals and both say declined with no reason. I then contact live chat who have no idea and tell me to wait 24 hours or to resend the documents again (are you serious). I then showed the email to live chat consultant who then advised to process withdrawal again and there would be no guarantees and questioning whether I believed her or not. I processed the withdrawal and again today it was declined and no reason given and live chat have told me different stories each time I speak with them and have been unable to assist me. I have sent multiple emails to support advising of this and no-one has ever replied. It's almost like you don't want people withdrawing the money. There are a lot of people with the same issue as me. Please resolve this complaint ASAP. Regards, Jarrod
