I originally mad a withdrawal on August5th. One for 2500 and one for 800. The next day I called and spoke with someone and they told me that they received my request and than told me what documents i needed to send in. I logged into my account on the 10th and noticed that my request was not showing and my winning were back in my account balance. I submitted another request for the 2500.00 only and when I spoke to someone on the 14th I was told that everything was received and approved....the agent told me that my check would go out on Wednesday or Friday. I called 8/23/2017 to check for an update and i was told that my payment hasn't been approved. Its just frustrating getting different answers to the same questions. I really like playing here but I'm afraid to make big deposits now. Other casinos never take this long to payout.
