i have been playing for awhile i did file a complaint months ago everything got resolved not they are back at their antics again.... i won after the bonus was removed $1630.00 that was on 7/13......they finally approved my withdrawl 8/11 i just called my vip host and he told me it was sent to the processor yesterday and it can take up to 7-10 days to get my money. adding up all the "BUSINESS DAYS" that comes to 35 6-7 weeks....really? they advertise 7-10 for approval then 7-10 to get your money.....they do nothing unless you call and ask whats going on....i have 3 more withdrawls dated 7-18 gee i wonder how long that will take..... please help me get this resolved thanks
