I am writing about my account with Ruby Slots Casino. I had two withdrawals in the amount of $1175.00 approved April 2017. One withdrawal payment was sent and received in June 2017. I have not received the second payout. I am very worried whether I will receive the remaining withdrawal payout of my winnings. I am attaching two recent chat transcripts as evidence of this issue.
