My Bitcoin withdrawal request was initiated on July 27, 2017. It was approved ($925) on August 4, 2017. I have repeatedly used the online live chat and keep getting the run-around. I have emailed requesting about the status as well, but have not received a response. The FAQ section says that payments will be made within 7 days after approval. It has been well beyond that since approval.
