Hello, on April 2, 2017 I requested a withdrawal of $2,500 from Planet 7 Casino. This was approved on April 7, 2017 for the amount of $2326. On April 7, 2017 I requested a second withdrawal of $2,180, which was approved in that amount on April 24, 2017. This matter was escalated to the Planet 7 finance department twice, on June 1, 2017 and July 8, 2017. As of the end of August the casino states that I must continue to be patient and wait for payment and that they will escalate this matter again. They do not give a time frame for when payment will be sent to me and that all I can do is wait. I understand the casino has millions of customers, but this almost 5-month wait seems unreasonable. Can you assist me?
