hello so i won $1000 on Aug 28 and proceed to do my withdrawal i sent in the necessary document needed i got no e mails saying we got your documents i logged on to my account and they said i need to upload my documents so i did that i had pre paid cards on my account which i did not need to add which i found out after contacting support 3 times cause they dont tell u what documents u need from then i called in this time to talk to support and that was just a bigger headache they just kept telling me that they need these 3 cards with i kept telling them i dont have them anymore as they are old bank cards after been on the phone for an hour with them i asked to talk to the pit boss on and i got an answer out of him asking me to go to the bank and get a letter saying those were my cards but are no logger active so i did that and he got my documents accepted finally 4 days after my withdrawal i called 24 hours later and asked them just on my status of my account and they told me i need to change my withdrawal choose cause it was rejected they said my card is blocked when i asked so i called my bank and talked to them and they said nothing is wrong with your visa not sure why they said its blocked so i called the casino and asked them this and they said that i have to change it so then i gave them all my swift info for it to go into my account i waited another 24 hours to call them when i did i just wanted to make sure my banking info was changed it was not i asked then customer support the other kinds of withdrawals she told me some i said ok thanks not once did i ask her to change my banking info to eco but she sent the banking team that info then when i told her i did not ask for that she disconnected the chat and when i tried to reconnect to chat i was unable to so i dont know what to do about this anymore i frustrated to very end and i try e mailing them but i never get a response
