withdraw 200 euros from my account in 26/08/2017 and until now its on hold., they asked for my documents to verify my identity, adress and bank account and id., i send all the documents that they asked me., even the front copy of my bank card i send., not enough, received an email from them asking for a letter from the bank with date,iban number,bic/swift code of the bank,my name in the letter,identification,logo of the bank,stamp of the entity,official bank print of the bank(for documents obtained directly from the bank)., i asked to the bank for this letter ., received the letter i send to estoril sol casinos., and until now nothing., dont know what to do more., they are joking with my life., i have proof of all ...thanks fernando
