VIP Room Casino - Refused payment of no bonus winnings/support ignoring emails for assistance

I have pretty much given up on receiving my legitimate winnings however i would like to share the horrible and down right unprofessional tactics which vip room casino have displayed to myself and swindled away over 23 thousand dollars that i had legitimately won. This all started when i deposited 100 dollars into my playing account and double checking i had clicked the no bonus option which i do religiously as it is near impossible to win off these welcome bonuses. At no point was i ever credited with extra money on any occasion if i did i would have started gambling until the casino had taken it off as this is a scam/trick to pull in unaware customers. So over a day or so i won over 3000 dollars and gambled it down to 1000 i think it may have been more however they have wiped all of my records and even if i did recieve there 50 dollar bonus would have easily played thru there limit. However i did not receive such a bonus . Once i had put the 1000 dollars into processing i deposited another 50 dollars which again i clicked the no bonus option and again i didn't receive and extra money into my account. Once i fairly lost that 50 i reversed my 1000 dollar withdrawal and started playing with that where i won a large amount of 23,651 Australian dollars. This is where things got down right pathetic. I got in contact with support about my winnings and was notified that my account would be frozen until i could validate my personnel details which i can understand as being a security procedure. After some time i had received word that my account was validated however was told that i would have to withdraw all of my funds before the end of the month as vip room casino would be updating there "platform" which gave me little over a week to try and get my winnings out. This confused me so i sent an email to vip room support then another and another i was being completely ignored. On the 27th of august i recieved an email from a vip manager named peter who wanted to let me know that the platform was being updated. I then approached peter about my situation and forwarded all of my attempts to contact support as he had been told i haven't tried to contact them which i proved otherwise with screenshots of the many attempts to get the information i needed. I ended up having to make 23 individual withdrawals of 1000 dollars and 1 withdrawal of 500 dollars as i didnt know how else i could get my winnings out and had no help from the vip room casino even though being a platinum tiered member i should have been able to make a 5000 dollar withdrawal and once they had processed each individual one had realised they were going to pay to my bank 26 dollars and charge there 35 dollar fee on top for each 1000 dollar transaction (see screenshot below) once again no explanation or any care to reply to my emails. To there convenience i finally got a reply from vip support once there "new platform" was up and running and they delivered another low blow saying that they were only paying me 600 dollars as my 100 dollar deposit was tied in to the welcome bonus and instructed me to in future to not choose to take the bonus. As i said before i never accepted there bonuses and luckily had taken photos of my  deposits showing no bonus added (also see picture below) they then changed there story and said it is done automatically and sent me a doctored shot of the 1000 dollar withdrawal that i cancelled originally saying i was credited a 50 dollar bonus when i know that was not the case and to back up that the transaction wasn't correct they had ticked that my account was validated and i hadn't even sent them my additional personal documents when i cancelled the 1000 dollar withdrawal and my account was later verified on the 23rd of august. Please see screenshots of deposit receipts withdrawal transactions and the screenshot vip room support tried to use as proof that i received a bonus which was never the case along with my account being validated when i wasn't when i cancelled my original 1000 dollar withdrawal. I have exhausted all avenues to allow vip room casino to do the right but they will not budge on the matter so i can kiss goodbye seeing my 23500 dollars in winnings. All i can hope to get out of this now is to help warn off potential new gamblers to this site with my horrible experience with this casino and hopefully it wont be long before they are black listed! Time to take my money elsewhere.
