I was told via chat on 8/30/2017 that my $700 withdrawal was escalated to Finance and I would receive payment from a third-party payor within 7 to 10 days. This morning on the 14th day I logged in to chat with the casino and they said my withdrawal was still in the financial department waiting to be submitted to the processor . I asked how much longer it would be and was told that they were very busy with numerous withdrawalrequests and I would be paid as soon as possible. I have long since been told via chat that all of my documents were approved so that is not the problem . I really like this casino but I have read several of the complaint forums and now I am worried this is also my fate. Can you help with this ?
