First let me say that I received a leaflet in the mail about the Planet 7 Oz casino and thought I would give it a go. I have been running around in circles, contacting the casino practically on a daily basis about getting a refund (reason being I did some research and found that many players had issues with payouts and winnings being declined, and I did not want to lose my money) and have been told many different things by their livechat staff. First I was told to contact the refund support centre, which I did. After a week of not hearing anything back, I was given the email of a manager to contact, which I tried, and still am yet to receive a response, a week later. Now it is the 3rd week of me trying to receive my initial $100 dollars back and I have complied with all their reasonable demands, including submitting documents for verification and waiting for them to review them.
I am at my wits end and just simply want this all resolved. I apologize for the abruptness of my post, however I have waited a long time for what should have been a simple transaction and have just gotten off the livechat yet again after speaking to a representative who told me I would have to wait another 7 days for the pending withdrawal to be approved and an additional 7 days for the payment to transfer, and in addition, that there could be delays due to 'processing limitations.' Again I am very distraught about not receiving a refund hence why I made this complaint. I do not wish to sling mud at anyone however my experience up to this point has been distressing and overwhelming negative - the opposite of fun - which is what a casino should be all about.
