Captain Jack Casino - Can't get an answer why my payment has not been processed

On May 30, 2017, I submitted a withdrawal request, which was approved on June 15, 2017 for $614.00. Their Terms and Conditions on Approval of Withdrawals states that "All Standard withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 3 business days of your request. Your payment will be sent within 7 business days after approval." I have attached notes of my phone calls inquiring on the status of payment. I understand that payments to US players can be delayed, but 64 business days after a withdrawal request was approved is unreasonable.
