I registered in Blue Lions at the beginning of March. I had a really great time, I was playing some of my favorite slots here - Tiara and Girls wanna, although then i switched to another slot - Amazonia. I completed my wagering in two weeks, I wagered even more than necessary, around 10 000 more ( I kept a track of this with a paper and a pen) until it appeared in my account that the wagering was complete. Finally, I won quite a good amount here - 7 000 EUR. I was very busy the second part of March and had to travel a lot. On the 6th of April I checked my account and it was empty. I wrote an email to the casino and got the response that I didn't complete my wagering requirement on time - the thirty days period. This is not true, of course. I thought this might be some kind of misunderstanding, so I requested the play logs, as my game history was not available for me. I got no response from casino after that email and it has been 6 months since i have written to them...
