All Slots issued an email at the start of September advising they would no longer be accepting money from Australian players and all monies currently held in All Slots accounts needed to be wagered or withdrawn by 11 September 2017.
On 4 September 2017 I deposited $100 and won $17,000 that I wanted to withdraw. After numerous attempts to withdraw the whole amount and being advised different information from agents via email I was eventually able to withdraw $10,000 (due to weekly withdrawal limits) and would be able to withdraw the remaining $7,000 in a week time - Being 11 September 2017. I was also advised that I was still able to withdraw after this date with only deposits being restricted.
On 11 September 2017 I applied to have the remaining $7,000 withdraw via bank deposit. It is now 19 September and I have attempted to contact All Slots on numerous occasions via email regarding the status of my withdrawal; receiving responses saying the withdrawal is visible and is being processed through security and will be received. This is longer than I have ever had to wait for a withdrawal.
