Hi my name is Marcello < surname removed >l want to make a complaint against grand reef casino for not honouring withdrawal of 500$. On the 18/8/2017 made deposit of 60$ no win made another deposit 40$ no bonuses were accepted as I don't accept them and won 500$ l then withdrew the money with no problem got email stating withdrawal as you will see in photos.After a week no emails on process check account still pending l ring customer support they say yes it's been to long will send message to accounts to escalate sorry for delay then still no emails then rang every second day and same answer kept checking account still pending finally get email on9/9/2017 casino in Australia shutting down so I ring Custumor support and they state I have to send email of account because account has been shut down now l can't get into count and phone calls shutdown l have been sending emails but no response l hope you can help it's not about the money lve had more losses than that it's about pricks that rip people off thanks Marcello
