I requested a withdrawal on Aug. 9th ($152) and another on Sept. 1st ($370). I figured since I was already verified that it would be a faster process. NOPE not the case at all. I call and the rep on phone tells me I need to resend my emails with my username ... (blah blah) and that I needed to make sure my bitcoin info didn't change when they did their updates. I sent my information for both again on Sept. 6th and got a an email back on the second request the same day saying my account was updated. I talked to someone in chat (regarding my $152 withdrawal request) not long ago, they said they were in the process of setting up a new payment system and sorry for the delay. I talked to them again and they said I needed to verify my bitcoin info again! We got everything straight (supposedly) and I still did not received it... Today I chat with someone again and this was the conversation:
