I have a pending withdrawal request for $982 (post bonus) that was initially submitted on 6/13 and finally approved on 7/4 (nearly 3 months ago)! All paperwork has been confirmed to be current. I have escalated this issue several times on 8/5, 8/20 and lastly on 9/14 when each time their support assured me that I will be receiving the check soon. I have not heard from them or seen anything to date! Any assistance would be appreciated.
