I recently deposited $100 and $25 USD into Rich Casino. I ran this amount up to $3,000 and requested a withdrawal. I was told that I had to submit verification documents, and after 2 days of waiting, I spoke with a live chat rep and they informed me I needed to submit documents again. I did this and my account was confirmed. I then requested the $3,000 withdrawal via Bitcoin on 9/20/2017.
I went to log in to my account today and it states that my account has been disabled with no reason given. I have emailed security@richcasino.com with no response.
