Hi, I submitted a withdrawal for $1600 minus bonus of $300, total $1300. This process started in mid July. I called their 18446320969. I wanted to know if all my verifications were Ok. The man said everything looked fine. In August a got a notice (on their sight) saying my withdrawal was rejected. I live chatted and the person said my utility bill was not up to date, (showing proof I lived at said address). I sent July 2017, utility bill. Last week in August received notice (on their sight) not email, say manager approve my withdrawal. According to their rules payment will be made within 10 days. I started calling and live chatting on September 15. I called every 2 days NO ANSWER, LEAVE MESSAGE. Nobody ever called back. I live chatted with 4 different people Sarah, John, Noland and one other person. All said it takes time to release a check. I stated the 10 day rule to no avail.
