I've contacted their live support, because my account is Disabled. They told me it's disabled because of "Double-spending". Live support Agent sent me a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOc7V64HUDQ) of what double-spending is, because I've never heard of it. I searched on Google, how to check if your transaction has been double spent. When I checked my transaction (https://blockchain.info/tx/042561fc75b7a0607207f5d0f28f1a807d0df61ec961b6e0efc03f79e40f4b14) I could see that it has already been confirmed more than 6 times. So there's no chance of double-spending, if I understood that video and thread on google correctly. I don't know what I've done that I'm accused of "Double-spending". It was even my second deposit, I just did the same as I did at the first time (as I've seen how to make a transaction with BTC on YouTube). Support agent even said, that they sent me an email explaining why my account is disabled, but I never received any email regarding that. Their last email was from first withdraw request.
I had troubles with receiving withdrawal confirmation, which have been solved with their support agent, when I sent them an e-mail.
I've sent them an e-mail but haven't received the answer yet, so I opened a complaint. I can't add another photos, because my account is disabled. This was my second withdraw, which I made. First was of 0.41460079BTC.
I hope we can solve this misunderstanding together. Because I don't know what happened and I'm looking for an explanation.
