BetVoyager Casino - Mobile phone activation failure

In order to make my first withdrawal, for security reasons I have been asked to activate my mobile phone with a code they have sent me by their internal mail. They tell me to enter it in the required field in 'My Profile'. This is not possible. When I click on what appears to be the correct place, all I see is an error message telling me they were unable to send me a SMS. My phone is working and they have the correct number. I have emailed them several times explaining the situation, but only receive repeat messages telling me to enter the code. This has become very frustrating, I hope you can help.
