My $2017.00 USD withdrawal was approved on 9/1/17. I've been told for two weeks now that it will be paid soon. The casino terms say that payments will be made in 7-10 business days. It's now way over that and I want/need my payment. I was told via chat that I never sent my Bitcoin crypto address but when I call the casino on the toll free number I am told that have all my information including my crypto address.
