I didn't want to do this as I'm a long time player with Planet 7 and have become accustomed to, although not happy with, the delayed payout periods. I'd had a win and requested my initial payout in Aug 2017. Each time I requested my payout (2-3 times) the bounced back into my casino account. This is one of the requests.

Nothing was sent to me via email and it was via a chat rep. that told me Planet7 needed updated verification forms. Fine. Those were sent in. Again I requested the payout and it was finally approved on Sept 30, 2017. No idea what the large fees removed are for but at this point it's not relevant.

I use direct deposit and assumed, like every other payout request, that my account would see a deposit in 7-14 business days. To date nothing. I've written reps. I've worked solely with in the past to rectify things, have sent a request to every department via email asking for the status and received one email back , to date, a few weeks ago that stated my payout had been approved and I should see it soon. We are now into Oct. and I'm still waiting.
Last week I received a postal letter asking to fill out a form to tell them why I'd slowed down in my deposits and suggestions as to what they could do better. I filled it out and explained the above in greater detail. At this time chat is down as it states they are upgrading so I can't get an answer via that venue,
At best...I've held back on my deposits until I receive my winnings. There is no excuse I can find in the lack of adequate processing.
