I won $1, 000, and requested my withdrawal in bitcoin. Its been 7 days, well over the 3 days stated in their terms and conditions. I've talked to chat every single day, and now I'm being told 7-10 days, and another person then told me 15 days. The agents have been so rude as well. The first time I tried to get my money (another $1,000), it was taken from me because I used the daily free spins. I had no idea, nor does it state anywhere, that you couldn't use those. So, this is the first deposit that I'm trying to get the way that they want, and its like pulling teeth to get anywhere.
