I withdrew $780 from my account today and then sent in documents via my email to casino to confirm and verify my identity in order for my withdrawal to be processed. I contacted live chat to tell them I had sent the documents through and was told I had to wait up to 48 hours for it to be looked at. I logged back into my account later today checked back into my account to see if the pending withdraw had changed and now it says no pending payouts and balance 0.00?
I’ve tried live chat and calling the number to contact someone but I get nothing! What had happened to my money ?
