I am reaching out because I have been dealing with withdrawal issues for approaching a year. Initially I made three separate withdrawal requests, all of which were approved:
01/26/2017 11:05 AM - $200.00
01/31/2017 08:08 AM - $100.00
02/09/2017 05:11 AM - $300.00
I have contacted the live chat support numerous times over the past 10 months and have been ensured that the issue has been "escalated" each time and that I would receive my money soon. Then, 06/06/2017 03:09 AM $600.00 was added back into my account without any notice. I happened to check my account that day and rerequested a withdrawal for $500.00 on 06/06/2017 at 07:15 PM and it was approved 06/07/2017 at 07:28 AM. Since this approval, I have contacted Planet 7 several times and have had my documentation approved as well as provided all of the information requested in subsequent emails. Please advise.
