On 9/29/2017 I made a deposit of $30.00 and used a coupon at the same time. I won $300 and requested a payout. On October 2nd, I cancelled the payout, played and my balanced moved up to $700. On 10/3/2017 I requested a withdraw. The next day, 10/4/2017, $700 was back in my balance, but I did not cancel the payout. So I again, requested a withdraw on 10/4 and asked if all documents for verification were received and was told 7 working days. I kept checking and today, 10/13/2017, 9 days later, my withdraw said declined (which is the same word that appears if you cancel a pending payout) and the money was back in my account to play, but not by me. So I played and my balance moved up to $800. I requested a withdraw of $750. Just to make sure that the word declined appears, when you cancel a payout, I tested this and that is why I cancelled the payout and then requested a withdraw again. Confusing, I know. I am wondering why my withdraw was cancelled twice, but not by me? Is cancelled the same as not approved? Totally confused. Thanks for your time and help. I would like my money to be sent by money gram.
